Who We Are

Tamim Ministries was founded by Hannes and Ankia van der Merwe in 2008.
In Hebrew, Tamim means "without spot or blemish, without flaws, perfect, and complete. Tamim ministries has been called to equip the bride of Christ through having compassion for the word of God.

School of Ministry

SOM is a 40-module course that has been written over many years of doing ministry in Africa, equipping pastors and leaders not just to know theology, but to truly be equipped to minister the word of God to whoever God leads us to minister to. We believe in raising not only full-time ministers, but raising people who minister and administer the love and the heart of God on a daily basis. 

School of Intimacy

SOI is an 8-session teaching where we focus on the story that God has written for our lives, how to know Him more intimately, and worshipping Him in spirit and in truth. We will deal with our soul wounds and fears, and be equipped through the Word, prayer and worship. By the end of the course, you will know and understand what His heart is for you. As you walk with Him with pure hearts and clean hands, as His sons and daughters on earth, we believe you will reveal His heart here on earth, what He has ordained in heaven.

Women of Destiny

WOD is a bible study guide about 8 women in the bible that were mightily used by God, each in their own unique ways. There are 7 days of teaching and daily devotion for each woman. As we learn from the lives of these 8 women, we can put into practice what God wants to do through us as women in the workplace, as a mother, as a teacher, and more. No matter where God has placed you, you can walk in the destiny God has for you and be a blessing to those around you.

Spirit school for Kids

The spirit school for kids is a time where we fellowship with children and encourage them to truly understand Joel 2:28 - "And it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions." The children will be equipped to know the heart of God, and they will have a deeper understanding that their eyes can see, their eyes can hear, and their hearts can discern the will and purpose of God.

Joshua's Generation

Joshua Generation is a youth programme to equip the leaders and youths to truly know their identity as sons and daughters of the Lord. The youths will be equipped to walk in godly character like Joshua did, who didn't just pursue the position but pursued the heart of God. As each youth meditates on His word day and night, we believe they will stand on the truth of God's word.

School of Prophecy

The spirit of prophecy is the revelation of Jesus Christ. Through SOP, we are equipping and encouraging people to understand that everybody can hear God's voice. And not just hear His voice, but understanding what God is saying to us, like a Father speaking to His sons and daughters. Understanding the prophetic is revealing the heart of the Father on earth, and walking in His will and His purpose.

... that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word,

so that He might present the church to Himself in splendor,

without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, that she might be holy and without blemish.

Ephesians 5:26-27
